Thank you for your purchase from Windows EZ (www.windowsez.com). Because all of our windows are custom, special-order items, we are unable to accept returns once your order has been placed and confirmed. Please review our policy below for important details about cancellations and exceptions.

CANCELLATIONS

  • You may cancel your order within 3 business days after a Windows EZ technician has completed your on-site confirmation visit.

  • To cancel, please contact us at info@windowsez.com or call 763-363-5357 within this window.

  • After 3 business days from the confirmation visit, all sales are final and your windows will be manufactured to your specifications.

RETURNS

  • Because all windows are custom-made, returns are not accepted after the order is confirmed and the 3-day cancellation period has passed.

EXCEPTIONS

  • If your product arrives defective, damaged, or does not match your order specifications, please contact us immediately at info@windowsez.com or 763-363-5357 to arrange for a WindowsEZ specialist to asses the concern and find a solution to repair or replace.

  • Our team will work with you to resolve any issues with defective or incorrect products promptly.
